Talk about ticker abuse, I cannot believe they gave you all of these tickers in the headline. Others write a paragraph and they remove. Not your fault, its an editorial comment.
Second, NUGT is a SHORT-TERM play only. And its not a "stock". investors should hold this for no more than a few weeks at a time. The concept of slippage is too strong.
Third, you dont even include the BEST gold miner on this list, which is (AUY). A bit more coverage of at least (GG) and (ABX) should have been done.
All in all I agree with your general 'thesis' but this merits a blog post at best and is quite frankly a dangerous article. GLD? Try PHYS.

a 1964 dime can buy a loaf of bread with its silver content. a 1965 dime is lucky to buy a slice of that loaf. In other words, silver and gold HOLD their value over time as paper dollars become worth less and less by the day.

I believe gold has bottomed. The chart is signaling this, its not confirmed, but its looking this way. As many of you know, I am a LONG-term bull on the precious metals. I think you go physical, maybe play (PHYS), or (PSLV), (SPPP), or buy a streamer or one of the top miners (AUY) (GG) etc.... They are still seeking a bottom
However, I am appauled that seeking alpha published this article with this current title. Its sensationalistic in a way, calling for nearly a 75% gain in gold and a 110% gain in silver in 3 months.
If you said June 2015, it would be more reasonable.
That said, I hope you are right but I wouldnt hold my breath
