    I stressed relative valuation, which can be either a technical or fundamental indicator. Basically, the market valuations increased and Exxon's didn't, but the current valuation is still near a potential peak.

    It is the older people leaving the labor force. If you are 20-50 years old, retirement or leaving the labor force isn't an option. People leaving the labor force is a good thing; it allows younger people to get better jobs.

    BlackBerry already took steps towards making an Android-based smartphone by allowing apps developers to easily convert Android apps to BB10.

    That doesn't make sense. The company issues shares which is free. Thus, companies buy back shares to offset the dilution from stock-based compensation. Salesforce.com isn't buying back shares; it is diluting its shareholders to compensate talented employees.
