I am graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. It was here that I was introduced to the concept of value investing and I've been dedicated to it ever since. I played basketball for West Point (Army) all 4 years while I was at the academy. I'm currently a Captain with the 3d Cavalry Regiment at Fort Hood, Texas. I will be getting out of the Army in February of 2013 and hopefully moving back home to Houston (no idea what I want to do yet).
When it comes to investing, I'm certainly not a professional but I believe I can hold my own. I've always been somewhat of a contrarian and a bargain hunter so value investing has always suited my personality.
