I am an MBA (New York University). Prior to my degree I had served as Morgan Stanley's AVP, Closed-End Funds (essentially a Product Specialist) under then Director of Closed-End Fund Research, Paul Mazzilli.

Briefly, I want to thank everyone who has privately reached out with unofficial support of my contribution in the Closed-End Fund space; I certainly recall compliance issues from my time employed in the financial services industry. There is no shortage of good character in this space and my only regret to date is that my coverage began in what I view as its darkest corner. I have benefited tremendously while using Closed-End Funds in my own investment strategy for as long as I can remember. I appreciate that Closed-End Funds and ethical sponsors thereof exist.

Recently another industry expert shared their insight with me of my own forte being “investigative analysis”. Based on what I have published thus far, such an assessment of myself demonstrates merit. I never previously viewed myself as a writer and I never previously thought to write about my own investment strategies, which frequently utilize Closed-End Funds.
