  • Royalty Trust Wealth Destruction And Opportunity Update [View article]
    Josh,

Amazing article, the fact people getting on your opinion on large things in earlier comments and small things on the later comments shows how well you present the company. Unless you are outright lying (which I 100% do not think you are) there seems to be no good arguement to not buy. As everyone stated above, due to their debt it is risky but ALL things considered this is the lowest risk penny stock I have seen in a long while.

Also it has been awhile since you gave a comment discussing the company. Any updates? Major changes? Is the company better positioned than 3-6 months ago? Are they on track to still spin-off an MLP? And if so what is your best guess for the spin-off?

AndrewinDC I'll admit right here I know NOTHING about Arckaringa except there is esstentially no infrastructure (which is a negative) but there are some experts out there that think this may rival Saudi oil. Now I am sure that is an overstatement but I have never heard of many other oil plays even be mentioned in the same breath. Hence I am going to keep an eye on it.

I agree with davidngoliath, the stock is currently overvalued but when any decent news hits such as a partner, raising of capital or a buyout the stock will jump. This article, mainly because i missed the entry point as well, is to show a company to watch and buy on dips.

add it to a watch list and learn about it. Then in 2-3 years you will know enough to know if you should invest right before production starts in 4-5 years

  • Pershing Gold, Nearing Production And Huge Exploration Upside [View article]
They have already built their own processing plant, which they own 100% of, a lot of infrastucture is already there as well. even if they do need to raise more cash it wont be as much as traditional startups usually need.

additionally frost has been known for reaching into his own pocket, and i believe has done this already with pershing

  • Global Ship Lease Set To Double In 2013 [View article]
    1. Yes I would agree that Contex would have been a better marker but don't say at all because that is false.

    2. I do not think CMA CGM defaulting changes much for GSL it is technically on its own but it would effect it IF they did which I would be surprised if they did since they just restructured everything.

    3. The Baltic Index and its link was to inform on global demand, again the Baltic Index doesn't correlate exactly but the basics are in this article. Additionally megaships, as of now, won't effect the shipping industry a lot. It will in the future when demand is higher but in today's market a larger ship may actually be a negative.

WOW, this alone should boost the stock 10%+, unless it was already factored.
