I agree with you that WMS's fundamentals look promising. Their balance sheet does look quite strong; however, they are currently undergoing major restructuring. This means uncertainty in the direction of the business, and because of that, I don't believe it is fair (or sound) to compare them to companies like IGT and BYI.
You are completely right about management of companies, and I am not arguing against the leadership of WMS. All I am saying is that there seems to be more headline risk for WMS than the others, and until things are more certain, I will be skeptical.
