And for anyone who really cares about fixing the mess that is the healthcare system we actually have in the U.S., here&rsquo;s a simple message: Pass the bill. (Apologies, sort of, to Jane Hamsher, who <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/jane-hamsher/top-10-reasons-to-kill-th_b_399245.html">takes exactly the opposite tack from a more-lefty-than-thou perspective</a>. Apparently WellCare&rsquo;s representatives rated within the top 20 percent of customer-service scores based on &ldquo;courtesy, knowledge, concern for the customer,&rdquo; and similar factors.
