Jon Springer: No. Export dynamics not improving. Valuation of educators & gov employees lead to bad practices & waste at top. Higher pay at bottom needed.

John R. Conway: It would be great if their was global competition for healthcare. The only thing that is competitive is the price going higher. Good article
