    The GM update seems to be slowly disseminating (DJ).
    1) UAW is concentrating on Chrysler talks at the moment because they have the nearest deadline.
    2) GM expects to need around $5B more in government funding soon.
    NOTE: The word out from the government was that they were going to provide this.

    3) AC Delco Parts division no longer for sale.
    4) The timetable on the Bond exchange is "as soon as possible".
    5) One potential buyer for French factory.
    6) GM is expecting 3 bidders for Hummer by the end of the week.
    7) GM is planning to cut more hourly and salaried workers.
    8) Public disclosure of revised plan.

    Let's not forget that GM is giving an update on its restructuring at 10:15am ET this morning. That announcement could easily determine the market direction for the rest of the day.
