Looks Like The End Is Near For Movie Gallery

It's hard to say what would have happened if equity holders would have agreed to issue warrants to raise more cash. Now that this ship has sailed, things look grim though. I bet in retrospect, that stock holders would have been more open to diluting their stock, if they knew that things were so bad. Even if you end up with 70% less ownership, it's better than losing it in the market anyway.
