Denis Ouellet has been involved in the Financial sector since 1975. Now retired, he is a part-time blogger. From 2006 to 2008 Denis served as Equity manager for a hedge fund and from 2002 to 2006 he was a consultant and chairman of an equity investment committee, and pension and mutual fund investment organization. He has also been a financial analyst for a brokerage company (1975 to 1984), where he also served as head of research from 1979-1984. From 1984-1987, Denis served as head of global equity investments at a major pension fund.
