If you look at our ppt. applying a value per user in line with trulia and a 25% premium for being the largest player in addition to that, zillow is still extremely overvalued...

Exactly this is not a 3D printing company which is trying to put a 3d printer in every home with a patent portfolio, its a website with essentially no competitive advantage other than a larger user base than trulia and other competitors

Wonder who gave baker street almost a billion to invest. Can't imagine the pitch, hey guys I am going to buy $500 million in sears calls interested...

Also per Baker street founders linkedin he worked at force capital so this may have just been a trade between two friendly fund managers. Which is fine but there doesn't appear to be near term actual investment catalysts.

  • Why I Closed My Sears Long Position [View article]
Baker street's position was really funny. Sub 1 billion fund with $500 million in sears calls... Force capital the other major holder reduced their calls dramatically between their recent 13-f filings, wonder if they made money on the trade or just broke even or even lost. The problem with sears is there is no catalyst and lampert is not in a rush to turn sears into a reit.

A market pullback will hurt Chegg in the short-term obviously though as it is a technology growth investment with no dividend or earnings.
