I hail from the city of Como (http://www.comolake.com/), northern Italy, well known for its famous lake. I am married to Nataly, a sweet and pretty Eastern European, and I currently work for a small city hall. In 2002 I made a momentous decision and moved with my wife to Costa Rica, where I wanted to settle, but in less than a year, a streak of unlucky events forced me to come back. I hold a degree in informatics, but I never worked in the field; instead I dedicate a lot of my time trying to emulate the feats of Nicholas Darvas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicolas_Darvas) as a trader (well, it's not that easy...). I also consider myself an investor, so I try to pick good stocks and ETFs to hold for a long time. I am not a financial professional, and though I'd like to become one, this allows me to look at things with more objectivity. I also like playing chess and poker online, mixing house music, and surfing the web always looking for something new to learn.
