Paypal is also using Paypal issued debit cards (funded by users Paypal accounts) to earn more money in fees & on the float.

How are they doing this? Paypal is putting a $75.00 hold on debit cardholders funds every time they purchase gasoline. Curiously, user funds are never released until after accounts are overlimit and additional fees charged.
How long are debit cardholders going to put up with this?
