Dividend House

My husband and I plan to retire in 5-8 years. We have focused on dividend growth investing for the last year but have been invested in the stock market via mutual funds for decades. Our current active dividend portfolio is comprised of the following: BAX, BBL, CAT, CBRL, CLX, COP, CVX, DE, DEO, DLR, ED, EMR, GE, GIS, HCP, IBM, JNJ, KMB, KO, KRFT, LMT, MCD, MO, O, OMI, PEP, PG, PM, SO, SYY, T, UL, VOD, VTR, VZ, WEC, WMT, WTR, XOM. We also have some DGI stocks on our "bench", i.e., we are not actively adding to our positions in them currently, except through DRIP programs (in some cases): ABBV, AFL, BMY, CMSCA, HYH, KMI, MAIN, MAT, OHI, PFE, TGT, TUP, WBA, WFC.
