David ('Just Sayin') said it best....CTL (at this point) is a capital appreciation play with a great dividend yield while you wait. I'm bullish on the company and think its a safer dividend than people think...They earn alot of cash and are paying out less than 60% towards dividends and using the rest to acquire non land-line assets. That said, this is a bet on management's ability to make smart acquisitions that will grow earnings over time.
