  • Big Pharma, Big Yield: 4 Stock Picks [View article]
You selected good stocks but those are not high yielding stocks within the healthcare industry. I found a sheet of healthcare high yields with some fundamentals on which the classical stocks LLY, MRK, PFE, BMY are only part of the midfield. Here is the table:

    t.co/eVkoF8U

The average dividend yield of the top stocks from the sector amounts to 5.63 percent while the average P/E ratio amounts to 15.86. Price to book ratio is 2.78 and price to sales ratio 3.84.

The leading stocks on the list are not to recommend. Those are all micro and small caps.

  • Retirees: 7 High-Yield Pharma Stocks for the Golden Years [View article]
Great industry and great companies. I don't know how the industry will go forward and create further growth due to generics and low innovation pipelines. I think well diversified stocks like JNJ and Novartis will better perform. I found a little table of 10 drug manufacturers with highest yield and some fundamental figures:

    long-term-investments....

The average dividend-yield amounts to 4.26 percent while the average P/E ratio is 11.91. Return on investment is 16.40 percent in average and net profit margin finally 22.36 percent. In my view, the best Picks on the table are JNJ, ABT and NVS.
