    Just Ducky: The monthly contributions relative to the total investment is still rather large. As more time passes and the overall investment increases, the dividend increases will out-weigh the monthly contributions and thus generate net increases of YOC.

    David: You are correct. The dividend growth rate is what is most hurting EMR's valuation. A dividend growth rate slightly over 7% would make EMR a very attractive stock. This could easily be supported with its current free cash flow.

    All: I use Morningstar's sector classifications. They revamped them and reduced the number of Sectors. Industrials seems to be a catch all. ADP previously was in "Business Services", but it is no longer listed as a sector.

    KSAccountant: I have come close to buying WAG several times. My two concerns have been low yield and competition. Increases like this are overcoming my yield objection. Now I have to determine if their business model is sustainable.

    Macfast: You are correct in that the NPV MMA Diff. uses the stocks growth rate. That is why sometimes a lower yielding stock will beat the higher fixed income investment.
