    • Ocean Man: I have shorted both UVXY and TVIX this year. A lot of days shares are unavailable to short, but you can find them when people are skeered.

    • Ocean Man: Oct 4th, 2011 (less than a year ago) UVXY $2,058 per share (split-adjusted). Dipped under $29 yesterday.

    • Ocean Man: The funny thing is, long TVIX was my best performing stock in 2011. Learned the hard way in early 2012 what happens if you hold it too long.
