Perkins Cove: I think you are close Doc. The 10 dsma was 22.91 yesterday, and rising, with the peak about 3 points above that. I say 90% chance it hits 30

Bob de'Long: Only 40%. Looking at a 1 yr VIX chart; it was only above 30 in last fall's irrationality. Of course, there is no shortage of irrationality.
