    the form 4 filing you list indicates berkshire bought at a price that is less than 7% from BNI's current price. I agree with your write up, with the exception that the ground floor is still upon us. Now is as good as time as any to get in. (at least regarding BNI, that is the one i follow more closely and know better.)
