    • DaLatin: Im sure u cant get land loans,but,my grandnephew bought 4 lots in Detroit 4 $3000 tot &Tax is next 2 nothing.He's gonna sit on them.Someday!

    • Energysystems: All will be long term purchases, in areas where a mortgage is cheaper than renting an apartment/townhouse. Makes sense in the long run.

    • DaLatin: Anybody can get credit if the property value mandates loan worth it,but, vacant land lenders r almost none existent. Indymack is gone now !
