    I am not pumping the stock. I just think that the market has overreacted. I tend to prefer stocks which are beaten down. Lost a lot money on bankrupt ones. But catching one turnaround was more than enough to double my entire money.

    Sorry, but I have to end this argument as it is becoming not so professional.

    I am not good with taxes. I do not like them :-) But I see taxes in the financial statement at a rate of about 10%. So, obviously it is not an mREIT. The company is probably utilizing some tax shelters as an alternative funding provider.

    Waav. That is a bit challenging to answer. But I consent that DRYS's book value does not mean anything. Let's say its entire shipping business is worth zero. Even its stake in ORIG is worth more than the current market cap.
