Elizabeth Goldstein Alexis is a founding prinicipal of Alexis and Palmer Financial Advisors LLC (http://www.alexis-palmer.com/), an independent registered advisory firm based in Palo Alto, California offering investment management and financial planning services on a fee-only basis.

Elizabeth worked at Bankers Trust Company (now Deutsche Bank) in New York for as a senior member of the Global Equity Products group. Her responsibilities included managing the equity derivatives group, structuring investments for a wide array of institutional investors including pension funds and university endowments, helping high net worth individuals diversify concentrated stock risk and risk managing multi-billion dollar equity and derivative portfolios.

Elizabeth earned a B.A. in Mathematics & Economics and History from Yale University and has completed coursework for the Ph.D. in Economics program at Stanford University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (http://cfp.net/) and a member of the Financial Planning Association (http://www.fpanet.org/).

More recently, Elizabeth worked for E*TRADE Financial and in the product management and strategy area for several technology start up firms. She now lives in Palo Alto with her husband and two young children.
