    Hi Anthro, thanks for minor clarification on cef designation, as there are some differences; I've updated at site. Pretty good proxy though based on their holdings: Its benchmark is comprised of 45% CECE (Central Europe), 45% RTX (Russia), and 10% ISE National 30 (Turkey). It's up again today, may have to buy!
