  • Risk Premia and Treasuries

    One of the main axioms of investing is “Never bet against the FED”. However, “Ayn Rand” ideologue – Greenspan and Helicopter Ben have made betting against the Fed, a valid investment idea. Despite fed's efforts to keep the yields low, the treasury bubble is in its death throes. The so called “flight to safety” theme might actually be a “flight to disaster”. I will be analyzing the treasuries, in terms of risk premium. I posted an article in my blog quite some time back (Updated charts though.).
