eBay Spooked by French Court's $61 Million Luxury Brand Ruling

I now understand why judges are hiding in black robes. LVMH is nothing more than a poor opportunist trying to make some extra profits. I really do not understand how a french court is using the legislation to condemn some electronic market place like Ebay. Such a the same as condemning a city like Paris because some illegal goods are being sold on a public market or in its' streets. In other words, such an action is completely IMMORAL.
