Rich, I am still long GTAT with it representing about 47% of my total holdings. Short term overhang is due to hedge funds buying the convertibles and shorting the stock, a losing strategy IMO because the short interest is already enormously high. They will get burned. Assume full dilution of the shares and bring EPS down to .95, we are still trading at ridiculous levels.
