A 21% sell off on this news was a stunning over reaction. I bought back into LUFK at 46.70 and will hold.
Rather than have you fish for me, can I ask you to teach me to fish. How do I discern the BV of a reit? What is the math involved.
If it is easier you can email me at maniereg@gmail.com. I don't visit SA ion a regular basis. Thanks.

What is the BV for CYS? Where do I want to buy it?
Most people don't realize that silver is nine times rarer than gold above the ground. All of the "easy" silver has been mined.
If the "fit hits the shan" are you going to hand someone a $20.00 gold St Gaudens and ask for change?
My advice is to hold both.
Gold is the money of Kings,
Silver is the money of gentlemen,
Barter is the money of serfs
and debt is the money of slaves.
I used to read Seeking Alpha and one of my colleagues told me about Value Forum a paid chat site full of hedgies and top flight guys. I got tired of sorting through nimrod articles to find one good one. I get alerts on your articles. Kudo's to you. Keep up the great work.

Reit divvys are taxed at normal income not capital gains. They work great in an IRA.
Another one for you Radar is Magnum Hunter Resources. They are located in the middle of the EOG Eagle Ford Shale area. Great Stock. I own both.
Real good article.
Greece is irrelevant!!!!
Greece is the first domino that will cause all the other dominoes to fall - much to the delight of the hedgies that are revving up the shorts as we speak.
Do your DD
There is a reason that Ucore is $.35. It is a thin veined shallow pit above ground mine that will never produce enough heavies to be a game changer. Do your DD and stop listening to the Guru's.

GMO got approval and are in the 90 day comment period. I expect GMO to pop soon.

Don't believe it. There is some in Beijing but that's it. China remains a dynamo. Do your DD and don't listen to fear mongering Guru's.

I am focused on my trading and gave writing a rest. Writing is a full time job and the market is so wacko it takes all of my energy. I can only do one thing well. AS for my silver call in 2011 I was wrong. I will be right but my call was too early. We can thank the banksters and the Comex for that.

It is important to make the distinction between paper assets and physical. Take a look at APMEX, Gainsville or even EBay. The price of physical gold and silver has not dropped all that much. I would encourage all readers to keep adding to their physical holdings. Forget paper assets and miners. My mantra is "if you don't possess it, you don't own it."
I enjoy your articles simply because you seem to understand the correlation of commodities, currencies and geopolitical events. I heard another guy I like, Doug Kass, in an interview on Bloomberg radio (it was a half hour - not a 60 second sound bite and he made a case for 1500 on the S&P by years end. Sadly that is not what I see but who am I to disagree with Doug Kass.
Please respond to this with your opinion. I only visit this board to read you so if you like you can email me at maniereg@gmail.com
Keep up the good work.

Good article on REE's. One important distinction you did not make was the difference between HREE's and LREE's. I have studied this sector a bit and I see only two winners in the myriad of companies - Quest and Tasman. I was wondering what your opinion was in UCore.
Good work!

Great! I am going to take stock recommendations from a teenager with no skin in the game. I don't think so!
Bob,
Great We're on our way to being a third world (Muslim) nation.

Zen,
Thanks for the excellent TA. I want to swing trade a bit of mu SPXU I'm in it long for the collapse next year but this helps.
I'd love to see your charts

Zen, as usual you are right on the money! We won't see your thesis play out until after the Santa Claus rally. Use this run up in the S&P to add to SPXU because in January it's going to get ugly.

George Maniere
Zen,
any chance you could send the chart to me my email is maniereg@gmail.com. I am becoming proficient in TA but I'm certainly not in your league. Glad I took you recommendation and bought SPXU looks like I'm going to need it. Thanks.

Bob,
You were 7 minutes early in your call! Amazing!!!!!
George
I hope everyone takes the time to read that staggering article you linked.
George
Yes, as I read your post I remember that your calls and time line are right on the button. I'm sure I will write articles now and then but as I wrote in my final blog today I have made mistakes (because I have been distracted by the pressure of writing on a daily basis). As you wrote in your post to me you spend 20 hours a day working so imagine trying to write fresh timely articles on a daily basis as well.
I am only human and I cannot do both jobs well. I will submit articles to SA when it is appropriate.
Instead of writing an article for this week I re-read Jesse Livermore's "How to trade Stocks." Put that together with your trend analysis and you have two great reads.
So what happened to FAS?

Great post and exactly right. One thing occurred to me when I read this that most people don't realize. Why was gold and silver manipulated in the first place? the reason is that the banker gangsters did not want people holding PM''s. They want people to believe in paper money. This will allow complete control of the masses. We are living 1984 Redux. You say I'm a doom and gloom guy. I believe I'm a realist. 1% of the world population control 99% of the wealth. The US is Greece on steroids and for 20 - 30 -40 years we have amassed debts while we have created no real wealth. Our day will come. I agree that to have 1 years worth of silver on hand per person is prudent. As soon as the hedge funds get involved it's game over for the masses silver will be $100.00 an ounce.
Voltaire said in 1700 "paper money will always return to its intrinsic value - Zero" If you don't posses it - you don't own it.
Easy! CME manipulation.
I'm not saying you're wrong but silver will be $100.00 an ounce in a year.
Regards,
-----G
If silver ever got manipulated back to $20.00 I would say a prayer of thanks and buy with both hands. I just don't see that happening as people are people and would rather own 40 ounces of a shiny object rather than one. In a year silver will be $100.00 and I'm not saying it can't be $20.00 first.

George Maniere
Bob,
I sent you an email.
That was one of the best essays I have ever read.
George
No that's me about 6 months ago. I think I'm flattered.

Go Canucks!
Whether you like the Canucks or not that was one of the best playoffs in a long time. It's too bad one of the teams had to lose.
Hockey on SA- Go figure!

Excellent analysis of support and resistance levels for SLV. I don't need to tell you that holding digital bytes of silver is folly. If you don't possess it, you don't own it. Of course if you had said that we would not have been able to read your fine article.
All of you readers should know that thanks to the CME's manipulation on Monday and Tuesday silver will take a dip and give us all a last chance to buy silver at prices we may never see again. Lock and Load!

George Maniere
