undervalued, small company with excellent fundamentals, probably 
owing its low P/E to the fact that it is widely unknown.</p><!--more-->
<p>Indeed, trading volumes are 
astonishingly low, with often not more than a few thousand shares traded 
per day. </p>]]>

and efficient management, little or no dilution, little debt, below average P/E

<p>Finding a
stock with so many positives at a low price is not easy, but I think KSW Inc. (<a href="http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=KSW">KSW</a>) fits the bill.</p>]]>
