    I like this covered call idea alot. It's a very good case you make about the low risk inherit because of the low-beta association and the practical situation that more and more people are going to do their shopping for the next year at low-cost retailers like costco. You've got way more guts than I do though to sell 10 puts with an expiration a whole year away. I would not do that part and I would caution your readers to strongly consider the downside inherit there.....

    I like POT and JNJ. Anything you buy in a grocery store or use to grow food makes the most sense now that most people are focusing more on their basic needs and crossing their fingers that they keep their jobs or get one if they've lost it...
