Yes, let's listen to Rick. He knows more than anyone else here. Let's ignore this recent news:

    4/24 National approval in Spain
    5/28 Upgrade from Cantor Fitzgerald
    6/16 Vitaros Launch in UK

You're not short, are you Rick? I mean the stock by the way.

There will always be lawsuits as long as lawyers smell money. Now cite how many topical medications have resulted in actual awards.

If you aren't aware of the health risks associated with any physical activity, consult YOUR local library. Get real, will you?

Let's see you cite proper use of a topical medication that generated lawsuits. And out of the thousands approved, what percentage have resulted in lawsuits?

Nice try RB. Ok, here you go. But just like before I don't know why you can't do your own homework.

"However, the absolute risk of sexually triggered MI remains extremely low, because the baseline risk of MI is low for most individuals and the increased risk due to sexual activity is transient". And "these findings should be more widely disseminated to reassure patients that, in most cases, sexual activity carries little risk of causing a cardiac event". Division of Cardiology, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts 02114, USA

Yes, I want you to provide a list of medicallly approved topical creams that have generated lawsuits. We all know (or can find) instances of oral
medications where this is so. But we aren't talking about those here.

    To Rick Berger:

"Forsaking sexual pleasure is a small price to pay for avoiding added health risks". Berger, SA, April 19.

Actually forsaking sexual pleasure means not realizing some important health BENEFITS. According to WebMD these include lower blood pressure, heart attack risk, and it improves sleep. Dude, you need to get out (or you know what) more.

"I believe the majority of people would rather wait 2-3 years to ensure Vitaros is completely safe". Berger, SA, April 19.

Hmm, another belief (instead of facts, research, or data). Yawn. I'll go with the European health authorities and Health Canada. They know Vitaros is safe and approved it.

I believe, Rick Berger, you don't know what you are talking about.

I don't know why "to their dismay" given what the clinical trials showed about Befar. And Eicoman has posted facts and references for you to update your knowledge about Vitaros.

What are you after here rt1?

Befar burns like hell because it just sits on top of the skin and does not contain a permeation enhancer like Vitaros NextAct . In clinical trials, the most common Befar side effects were urinary tract pain, burning, penile fullness, and redness at the application site. No wonder it doesn't sell.

    Vitaros will sell.

Albion, I just finished listening to the most recent CC. As you probably know you can read the transcripts here on SA.

First off, Hill needs to run thru his prepared remarks before a call. He certainly doesn't build investor confidence as he stumbles and bumbles reading them.

I didn't hear a remark about soft results for next 2Q. I've been following this company for some time now and may buy shares given the recent drop.

Yes, that is much clearer than the Sutton remark. That was my point.

I work for a mid-size company and they don't just throw out a few $M "just in case". They perform deep, DD before throwing any dollars at a license or direct purchase.

Let's keep the "nothing" in perspective.

We agree to disagree. I don't think partners would say they have bought "nothing". IF it ends up truly being nothing, they will be accountable to their shareholders.

APRI does have something to sell and it has been sold. However, there is no product yet and there is no launch yet. That is the difference.

SS, he is not correct they have "nothing to sell". As for missing deadlines that part has some truth I guess.

Off topic for a movement. How about LTBR?

Well Don, you should stick to baseball. If they have nothing to sell then their business partners have paid millions for vapor cream.

It's all about launches and product sales.

  • Lightbridge Obtains Key U.S. Patent for Its Metallic Fuel Design [View article]
I did some checking and it takes at least 2 yrs to get a patent.

Wonder when they put in the application. And hoping for positive news on the pilot study next conference call.
