Come on. Google is not even the first search engine. Its innovation is in improving search results and in particular monetizing search engine business. Baidu has been copying Google (plus others) every single step.
In luxury goods, such as LV bags or a Porsche, the key is in pricing power -- these products can command much higher prices in the market. iPhone does not have such power. It is not a luxury product. I'm just pointing out your example was way off.

By the end of the fifth year, if the 50% average growth is valid, its growth will be far lower than 50%. The P/E ratio of 20 is indeed quite appropriate for a situation like this.
