I am an online marketing professional with more than a passing interest in the stock market. I still believe in the "buy and hold" and "go long" strategies. They work, if of course you buy at the right time and the right price (or close to it).

I am of Indian origin and lived in India for a long time before moving to Canada where I live and work now. Most of the stocks that I follow have an India angle to them.

Investing With India I believe that the tortoise can win the race, perhaps that is why I keep an eye on stocks that will benefit from the steady growth that India experiences.
Being an Indian and having lived in India in my formative years helps. Living away from India now, I think helps even more as it allows for balance and a different perspective.
