Great response! However I think you missed the point -- Zynga's employee satisfaction rating has been quite high for 2 years -- until VERY recently!
The higher it WAS compared to what it's been the last TWO WEEKS the more things apparently went downhill. Thanks for helping me prove my point that things have changed for the worst at Zynga.
Proven business model? Those companies aren't 100% relying on Facebook uisers who are normally non-gamers. People come to Tencent, DeNA, GREE. Zynga was relying on Facebook to help them go TO the gamer. The reverse network effect is in place.
