For the past ten years, Henry Lee has managed a small value-oriented private fund as well as separately managed accounts. Mr. Lee’s investment style is a fundamentally based, bottoms up, focused primarily on small to mid cap companies. Among other things, he looks for companies which are in the process of unlocking value through corporate restructuring. This can include spin-offs, carve-outs, divestitures, asset sales, and Chapter 11 filings. Mr. Lee’s firm is HCL Investment Management, Inc.
