You are correct. I am advocating that the United States pull out of the WTO. I don't see this as the first step to the destruction of the rule of law. I see it as the first step toward creating balanced trade. The WTO is broken.

During World War II Keynes proposed the creation of an international institution that would keep trade in balance. The United States rejected his attempt, thinking that balanced trade wasn't necessary for sustained economic growth. We were wrong.
