Yellowtail: Exactly, in micro caps they make or break the company and the stock.
Beggar: I'm not that worried about a financing because I think it would only help the stock at this stage if they did do one. When secondary raises are done correctly, they can "make" a stock. So I guess what I'm trying to say is, I'm not worried about it either way.

LOL yeah exactly..your delusional... i didn't make enough doing it for me to stay in consulting. Plus, now people can't use that against me because I have picked some big winners and plan on picking a lot more. I've made most of my money through capital gains over the years unlike you. Unlike you I don't' need subscribers, affiliate fees, referral fees, etc to make a living.
I don't' need to stroke my ego every minute of the day like you do. I dont' need to attack everyone on the planet just to lure someone else in to subscribe. I put real money to work you don't. Be a big boy and make your money exclusively through capital gains like I am now. The only thing worse then a shady stock promoter is shady self promoter which you are the KING.

lol i certainly wasn't paid to promote the stock, if you know the situations I got involved in, I was paid to advise them so they wouldn't' screw up. I think I got 100k options at 90c when the stock was a 80c. They usually would listen to my opinion because I normally buy a 3-4% position in a company before they even know who I am. When I advised it all came down to if the company didn't execute I didn't make a dime. As you know, tim not every company that has a great product listens or understands the market place. Hence most of micro cap being horror shows like you found out in your early days with cygnus. But thats also the opportunity when you find the right blend of product, sales, share structure, and just getting the word out so investors know you exist.

Yeah it was a strange move yesterday which made one think bad news was coming. As an investor who bought shares originally at 60c a couple years ago, watched it go to $7, then fall from grace down to $2, and now making its way back to a new high it is quite gratifying. In micro cap land, once a stock falls from grace it is so hard and rare for it to make a comeback. So congrats to the company and investors.

don't know about today but this is a big beat
ZAGG Expects Significant Third Quarter Growth; Upwardly Revises Guidance for 2010
ZAGG Inc. (NASDAQ:ZAGG - News) (ZAGG.com), a leading producer, designer, and distributor of electronics accessories for protecting and enhancing the mobile experience, including the popular invisibleSHIELD™, ZAGGskins™, ZAGGbuds™, and ZAGGsparq™ brands, today announced that it expects third quarter 2010 revenues to exceed $22 million, and now guides for full year 2010 revenue growth of 70%. This compares to previously issued revenue guidance of 30% growth over 2009 results. These results reflect stronger demand for their flagship product, the invisibleSHIELD, than previously anticipated as a result of recently announced distribution agreements this year, more SKUs shipped to existing storefronts, and the successful introduction of various new mobile devices in the quarter. ZAGG had not provided previous guidance for quarterly revenues.

exited the rest of the position this AM. I don't know why it was up so much, smelled like a buy out but nothing on tape. It's still undervalued given RGLD trading at 100x EPS..they could just use their paper to buy out BULM at 20x ($3.00/share) and it would still be accretive to them.

Again, I don't need to self promote myself. I don't need paid subscribers to make money like you do. Finding undervalued companies, buying a lot of them, holding them for 6 - 60 months and then selling when the "smart money" buys them ie funds is not promoting. It's called investing and winning. This is my last post to you as I can't win a pissing contest with a skunk.

Yes. If it were a normal company I would say that buy backs aren't a complete waste, but with a company where most investors don't even think it is real, then show them by paying them money back. They have a big enough cash hoard and producing enough cash that a regular nice sized dividend should be very doable.

Tim:
Once again, I invest real money you don't.
I don't feel the need to attack every person on the planet to draw attention to myself in hope of getting another $50/month from people.
Real investors make money from capital gains not from subscriptions, referral fees, and any other way you get paid.
I make money through capital gains only, unlike you.
Yeah, ZAGG went from 60c to $7 and came back down to $2 and now back to $5.50. It still returned better then anything you did over the last two years. PRXI, i got onboard at 40c before it went to $17, if people didn't take profits it aint my fault. TIXC $1 to $7, once again not my fault for people not taking profit. I also invested in GORO at $1, now $22. Yeah these were all horrible returns for people.
Again, I don't have to stroke my ego by attacking anyone that ever went long a micro cap. Once you start investing real money let me know, otherwise let the big boys talk stocks.
You want to talk transparency, how about you earn an honest living and practice what you preach and earn a living purely from trading/investing like real investors do.

I guess you must be looking at a different company. A stock trading at 15x next years est and growing eps 50%+ isn't expensive. Especially with the industry being a major wind at its back. I'm also not saying that ZAGG is super cheap either, but the ones that work are rarely super cheap.

Under that definition I guess anyone that is bullish and writes about anything is pimping. That sort of blanket statement about micro cap is exactly why their is so much money to be made when you find teh good ones.
