Sean Marconi: Yes I agree with you. It's good to see them complete the transaction in the 3rd quarter. Q4 will be the 1st CTL with both under one roof.

Intangible Valuation: Yep, and CEO Ben Cowart made it pretty clear that there will probably be a gross margin expansion in the 3rd quarter. I am long VTNR.
