I agree that ADP will eventually rebound when interest rates start to increase given the cash float it has. Economic growth and an increase in hiring should also boost revenue. Paychex has more upside in my view given small business employment is still depressed, but with sustained economic recovery small business employment should really accelerate, more so than the larger employers that ADP serves.
