    A patent is only a ticket to a lawsuit. With that said, ATP has some pretty valuable tickets if they want to cash them in when the time is right.

    This argument disguised as a fact is not true:

    "There is no cost to business or the consumer since sales tax is already legally due whether remitted by the retailer on the behalf of the consumer, or remitted by the consumer themselves if not done by the retailer."

    - which is precisely why some state governments are changing their laws to grab at these revenues.

    Thank you for your comments. For any number of reasons individual traders and authors who contribute to investment underground don't own the stocks mentioned in an article. Often, they just hold cash, which explains why there may be "no position" as was the case here.

    We still believe that cash returned through shareholders is a great way to build wealth, and you can't receive dividends (usually) if you don't own shares.
