    We tend to write and SA tends to title articles. A mismatch notwithstanding, ATP shares are significantly undervalued on a dcf basis. Between the BP debacle last year and management-related delays, most buyers (including shares short) are waiting for positive EPS numbers.

    A patent is only a ticket to a lawsuit. With that said, ATP has some pretty valuable tickets if they want to cash them in when the time is right.
