Mr. Miller's financial services career began in 1987 at the investment banking firm of Drexel Burnham Lambert. In 1992 Ira Miller capitalized and co-founded IW Miller Group, Inc which was a boutique corporate consulting firm that represented $1 billion in aggregate client market capitalization to the financial community. The firm's core focus was in the wireless industry. In 2000, he founded and financed Ocean Avenue Advisors, LLC. The core focus of Ocean Avenue Advisors, LLC was management led workouts for small cap companies. In 2008, Mr. Miller founded and financed Zone Capital Partners, LLC which is a financial holding company. Zone Capital Partners also has an active practice consulting with companies in the Healthcare, Defense and Commodities sectors. In 2009, Mr. Miller co-founded and financed a Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) course that was taught at the Wagner School at New York University. The following year it was awarded course of the year. Mr. Miller served on the Economic Board of Visitors at UCLA from 2011-2012 and was a guest lecturer at UCLA in Finance/Economics during that time period and in the Fall of 2013. Mr. Miller graduated with a BA degree from UC Irvine where he graduated with a major in Economics and a minor in Psychology.
