  • One Foot In Development, MRIC Toes The Line Before Positive Cash-Flow [View article]
I believe traction within the year and significant revenue by early-2013. I'm not as familiar with ClearTrace, but it looks promising; MRIC is hoping for EU approval before FDA if I remember correctly, but nothing's been filed yet on that technology.

I think the most valuable thing to remember is that this company so recently went public. One of those rare times that a new company flies under the radar, already with a product to market. Not to mention, this is some pretty unique technology.

  • NeoStem Continues To Rally Behind Its Key Developments [View article]
The sale of Erye seems like a boon for the company, however its the only real source of revenue, providing $18MM of $22M total revenue in Q1. Not only that, but the Chinese facilities account for a significant portion of assets. Where is the company going to come up with the required cash to pay its current debts? As of Q1, their $22M in cash wouldn't put a dent in the the $49M current liabilities, even with the tiny proceeds from Erye due immediately.

This company is going to need to raise money soon and investors who can't see the reality of its balance sheet are going to get the short end of the stick.

  • Unconventional Natural Gas Sources Prompting M&A In The Energy Sector [View article]
I agree OG. I was just pointing out the possibility of a major takeover, and that even a $1B takeover for these kinds of reserves would not be unprecedented.

I think shareholders would be quite happy with $.50-$1.00, as would FEEC management.
