  • After Phase III Failure, Celsion Is Still Worthless [View article]
does CLSN have any marketed product? does it have the least prospect of having one in the future? No, it doesn't and it won't. how can you even think of comparing AAPL to CLSN? Great analysis on your part

  • After Phase III Failure, Celsion Is Still Worthless [View article]
Look, CLSN hopeless longs, CRG got it right, they made the right call as a few others here. CLSN cash/share is about .50, hence anything above that is pure BS

  • Is Delcath The Post-Celsion Play On Liver Cancer? [View article]
You mention "I also believe that Delcath's market capitalization, which is approximately $113 million right now, is not representative of CHEMOSAT's real market potential after a potential FDA approval (which is estimated to be well over $2 billion)"

Delcath's valuation is now mainly driven by its potential in liver metastases from ocular melanoma, which is pending an FDA action in June 15. Ocular melanoma has a very low incidence worlwide. In the US for instance, it's estimated that 1,400 - 3,300 people develop ocular melanoma annually, depending on the source. While in Europe they have a broad label, a lot of work has to be done to boost sales which have been meager so far.

The commercial opportunity lies in HCC and met CRC, but the company would have to conduct large registrational clinical trials that are very far away at this moment. On top of that, a method like Chemosat, would be used in the 2nd or 3rd line settings.

Therefore, Delcath's present valuation reflects the reality of its commercial prospects, even it may be too generous already. Can it run up into the Adcom in May and PDUFA date in June? of course it can.

  • Cytokinetics' New Rally Pauses On Buyer Exhaustion [View article]
yes, still long CYTK, average $1. OM is very far from the market, and a Phase III trial with actual endpoints (not surrogate ones) is going to be a real challenge. If tirasemtiv yields positive data in BENEFIT-ALS study, chances for a positive pivotal trial are high in my opinion.

  • Cytokinetics' New Rally Pauses On Buyer Exhaustion [View article]
I wanted to build on some previous comments. Last dilution also brought in some institution, hence raising the institutional ownership of the company. BVF and Fidelity among them. Both HF and ALS are very risky indications, but in my opinion there's good chance that omecamtiv hits the primary endpoint of improvement in dyspnea in AHF and tirasemtiv gets a significant improvement in MVV in the ALS trial.

  • Resistance (To Resistance) Is Futile: The Growing Opportunity For Trius And Tedizolid [View article]
Great article, David. Just a couple of questions: how long do you think it may take for bacteria to become resistant to TZD and how much of an impact that may have on TSRX's valuation?

    Thank you.

  • Celsion's HEAT Study: A Far From Certain Outcome - Part 2 [View article]
what you say about Sage can be perfectly said about Siavoche (biopharmpr here). What do we know about this guy? education? professional experience? linkedin profile? nothing. We only know he runs a blog 100% dedicated to promoting CLSN and a twitter account in which he only tweets about his cult stock and some boxing. Nothing else. I'm becoming more and more convinced that he works for Celsion or was taken on to publicize it. As soon as there's the slightest bearish comment about CLSN, he turns up with a response. Twitter and SA are full of anonymous posters and he's not an exception...regardless of the outcome of the HEAT study which I think will fail.

  • Dendreon Could Dive If Sipuleucel-T Fails [View article]
I think you're mistakenly assuming that Provenge and Sipuleucel-T are different drugs, although they might be pursuing other cancer indications for the drug in other clinical studies, hence your assumption.
