Jack spent eighteen years on Wall Street, rising to Head of Investment Banking at PaineWebber. In 1990 he began investigating opportunities in Asia and in 1994 founded ASIMCO Technologies, one of the most important players in China’s automotive industry. Headquartered in Beijing, ASIMCO has 12,000 employees and operates 17 factories in China. ASIMCO was named one of the “Ten Best Employers in China," a survey by Hewitt Associates and 21st Century Business Herald. Recognized as an expert on doing business in China, he authored Managing the Dragon: How I’m Building a Billion Dollar Business in China and numerous articles and writes commentary on www.managingthedragon.com (http://www.managingthedragon.com). Jack received a bachelor's degree from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard University.
