  • Direct-To-Consumer Television Advertising Marks The Tipping Point For Belviq Sales [View article]
Spencer, you are blowing everyone elses estimates out of proportion and trying to feed it back to them as if they were implying such to begin with. All of your cherry picked refrences to commercials benifiting sales of arbitrary drugs are irrelevant. Everyone with any intelligence knows so. For example, if I had a tv add targeting camels with the sale of water, they'd be thrilled with the offer, even moreso if they were unaware of the opportunity to aquire water before said commercial. However, if I were selling sand they wouldn't be so interested, so we'd assume. The difference isn't the very fact that we have commercial or not, it's what we are selling that drives sales up, up past that 9x average you work so hard to hide, so we assume.

  • Why Sandstorm's Exceptional Value Makes It My Top 2013 Gold Stock [View article]
I've owned it, SAND is a good one. I'm sure it'll outperform GLD. I'd go as far to say it's the stock with the least amount of downside risk right now. I suspect I'll be back in again soon. I like AG as my producer and PVG as my explorer, though I admit, PVG reserves and concentrations seem too good to be true:)

  • Advanced Micro Devices May Be A Steal In Early 2013 [View article]
AMD lost $1.06 billion in 2012. Current share price grossly reflects those losses and therefore doesn't exclude them from being a value right now. the 52-week high is $8.35! The focus and reasoning is clearly explained: AMD is taking down massive contracts (I didn't even mention the new VIZIO tablet). With the combination of all new leadership, competitive breakthroughs, and major partnerships, it is very likely those losses can quickly turn into massive profits. The underdogs always sell their product on tight margins. Respect, demand and premiums will come with upcoming breakthroughs. As far as manufacturing, AMD owns a very large part of the spin off. AMD is a chip design firm. The new designs and developments are proving cutting edge, the articles focus is how the company will be taking much of the market share this year and beyond!
