James LaDue was born and raised in Amherst, NY in 1981. He graduated in 2004 from S.U.N.Y. Fredonia where he began his interest in pursuing a career as a news editor. His first job in writing was with Cardweb.com as an Assistant Editor. Based out of MD & FL, Cardweb provides industry executives with relevant news developments in the credit card industry. Following a short overlap, LaDue left Cardweb to lend his expertise to Focus Point Press. For Focus Point, James is the editor-in-chief with its weekly newsletter publications, Emerging Manager Focus and Public Fund Focus. The Emerging Manager Focus newsletter offers fund managers a range of pertinent topics while Public Fund Focus covers news topics concerning publicly-contributed funds across the globe.
