Bread & Butter Fund Bread & Butter Fund (BABFX) is a no load mutual fund following a contrarian value investment strategy for long term capital appreciation. The Fund has the flexibility to invest in large, medium and small cap stocks that are currently out of favor.Also the Fund can invest in both domestic and international stocks as well as fixed income and cash to protect capital. It uses a four step quantitative and qualitative process to distinguish which securities are attractive long term investments. The manager invests alongside fellow shareholders in the fund.
