I do belive that current extreme market conditions have presented the average investor with numerous "once in a generation" opportunities on a properly evaluated risk/reward basis.

I will be following this recommendation.

They could not force the health insurance industry out of business, but depending on what kind of health plan comes out, insurance co.'s margins could get squeezed.

I still believe that eHealth has a lot of potential for growth. Thanks for the comments!]]>

eHealth can only offer what insurance companies are willing to provide. Unless you have a group health plan from a large company, ALL insurance companies offering personal insurance will screen out ANY health conditions and refuse to cover you. This is not a stipulation of eHealth, this is how insurance companies work.

I run a website which assists persons attempting to locate personal health insurance, please see link.]]>

If this deal gets cancelled ROH shazres will gap down and the idea that you'll get taken out for just a couple of dollars loss/share is absurd.]]>

The same type of deal almost bankrupted Hercules after they overpaid for Betz Labs.

DOW should pay the break-up fee and cancel the deal.

They might be able to renegotiate the same buy at much better terms later.

HWD looks the most interesting. Debt seems manageable. They seem to beat the estimates. Worst estimate is $4. So that incredibly low PE even if we are off by 50% on earnings estimates is still incredibly low. ]]>

I would just like to see some insider buying at these levels to scare off some shorts...but have not seen any yet.

2-3 years from now, this is an easy 3-4 bagger...

Be sure to check out Jones Soda as well...JSDA... is selling for much less than their cash on hand (with no debt) and insiders have started scooping up some shares lately...]]>
